Chicago Financial Services (CFS) has evolved into a team of more than 25 licensed mortgage brokers. They are supported by a full staff of loan processors, a closing department and post-closing operation, to ensure high quality customer service.

CFS has also invested in additional resources including an in-house underwriting facility to shorten closing times, warehouse lending, and preferred broker pricing, all of which helps us deliver top-flight service, products and rates to our customers.

We are licensed in the states of Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin with licenses pending in several more states.
